Step onto the balcony and you'll see the Rigi on a clear day. Designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic, the apartment blends natural materials and a carefully curated colour palette to create a sense of calm and balance.
The Rigi from the balcony. Lucerne is 10 minutes away by bus — old town, lakeshore, cafés. For a longer day trip, Pilatus is just up the road — on a clear day the views over the mountains and Lake Lucerne are hard to beat.
One apartment, four seasons.
The view changes with the season. Reversible heating and cooling system, so the apartment is comfortable year-round.
Swims, slow dinners, and the longest evenings.
Long days — daylight until around 9:30 PM in June. Lake swimming at the Lido, Ufschötti, or the Seebadi in Lucerne, or the quieter Winkel in Horw. Cable cars on Rigi and Pilatus run into the evening. Many restaurants in Lucerne have terraces along the river or the lake.

Travel cot and full kitchen available. Outside: lakeshore walks, the Pilu Land playground at Krienseregg, the Verkehrshaus (Swiss Transport Museum) in Lucerne, family-friendly hikes on Rigi — and sledding in winter.
Easy to get around.
The Velohighway starts right outside the building — a dedicated, flat cycle path that takes you car-free into Lucerne old town in about ten minutes. A Nextbike station is in front of the building. The bus stop is across the street — about 10 minutes to Lucerne old town on bus 14.
Rigi and Pilatus are reachable within the hour by bus, boat, and cable car or cogwheel. Engelberg (Mt. Titlis, snow park in winter) is about 35 minutes by car or 50 minutes by train.
